The simulation that feels wrong on purpose

An adaptive exam is engineered to keep you at roughly a coin flip for its entire length. If you are answering correctly, it hands you something harder. That is not a sign you are failing. It is the algorithm working, and almost every candidate walks out of the real thing convinced they did badly.

This simulator reproduces that. It re-estimates your ability after every item, selects the next item nearest that estimate while holding the blueprint, and stops when the 95% confidence interval clears the passing standard in either direction. You will not be told how you are doing until it ends.

Sit it in one go, at the time of day your exam is booked for, without your phone. A simulation you pause halfway through measures your knowledge but tells you nothing about your stamina, and stamina is what fails at hour four.
